choosing college type workplaces?

I have chosen to decline the job offer from an excellent job because it doesn’t have this environment. I’m not able to go against my heart. Is this attitude of mine correct?

For inviroments where do you heart you have fun anywhere it doesnt have to go to go to church somewhere and get involved there and rest will follow good luck my friend.
